Public website privacy notice
Updated October 3, 2026
This notice describes optional analytics on the public Flaura Ops homepage at flaura-ops.com, operated by Flaura Ops LLC. It does not describe all processing within customer workspaces.
Your choice comes first
Google Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics.” Choosing “Reject analytics” keeps it off. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. The homepage’s “Analytics preferences” control lets you change your choice at any time.
What optional analytics collects
If you accept, we send Google Analytics a homepage pageview to help us understand visits. Google receives a cookie-based browser identifier, the time of the visit, basic browser information and network information needed to receive the request. Google can derive broad location information such as country and region from the IP address. Granular location and device collection, Google signals, advertising personalization and enhanced measurement are turned off.
We send a fixed homepage address and title, without query strings or fragments. For a limited list of public search and social services, we send only the referring service’s origin; other referrers are omitted. We do not send form entries, email addresses, account IDs, workspace contents, customer page paths or sign-in details through this feature. It runs only on the public apex homepage, not on login pages, customer subdomains, private routes or the Development Lab.
Cookies and storage
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning with “flaura_public_ga” to distinguish browsers and sessions. These cookies are limited to the public homepage’s host and last up to 180 days. We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage, then ask again. Blocking or clearing browser storage may cause your choice to be forgotten.
Google as a recipient
Google processes the analytics information on our behalf to provide reports and may process it on servers outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Withdrawing consent
Choose “Reject analytics” in the homepage’s Analytics preferences to stop further collection by this feature and remove its accessible analytics cookies from this browser. This does not automatically delete information already sent to Google. We can also turn the feature off site-wide to stop future collection.
Other website information
Essential cookies and technical requests needed to operate the site and sign you in are separate from this optional feature. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include so we can respond.
